I purchased a pack of socks. This is the second pair that has a hole in it. For the price, the socks should be sturdy and not rip so easily. I contacted you via your website, but have not gotten a response

Great socks but they are expensive and only offer discounts to new customers. I believe it would be better business practice to give returning customers coupons as well. This is my biggest gripe with the company itself not necessarily the socks.

Socks are way over priced and not worth it. They felt no different than a hanes or gold toe sock and are a third the price. Wore one pair once and washed and they looked like they were 10 years old.

I've been trying to contact them for exchange of two ladies ankle socks that have holes. I received them for Christmas and my husband doesn't have order number. Unfortunately it seems I can't communicate without it. Seem like they could look it up by our address or his email. Their guarantee sounds wonderful, but without order number it seems I'm out of luck. VERY disappointed!!

I really, really wanted to believe in this company, but I've been let down three different times by their socks. I placed my very first (and last) order on May 3, 2023. I purchased a four pack of Men's Marl Calf socks. They don't fall down the calf because they're compression type socks; however, there have been three socks from three different pair that have developed a hole in the toe. I am highly disappointed in the quality. I went with a considerably higher cost because my previous brand only lasted a few months. My toenails are not messed up, so that isn't the problem. I was under the impression that Bombas was one of the highest quality socks on the market. I received a replacement pair at no cost for the first pair that developed a hole. That was consistent with the warranty that have. That particular sock had a hole after only one day of wear. I'll just go back to wearing Hanes. I'll by an extra pack and take them to the homeless shelters on my own.

After 5 months of wearing my slippers every day, I’ve worn them out because I absolutely LOVE them. I ordered a second pair to replace them and by my fault only, I shipped them to a previous address from years ago that hadn’t been deleted off my computer. They arrived 2,000 miles away before I realized. I reached out to customer service and within a few days, they kindly responded that it was no problem, if I provided the correct address, they’d send me a new pair and they did, free of charge. I love Bombas and now I love their customer service.

They may be on the pricy side, but their socks are of excellent quality, comfortable to wear, look good and in my case, are the only ones that don't slip into the sneakers. Best of all: Their customer service is above and beyond. I recently had a few small holes in one of the pairs and, based on their lifetime satisfaction guarantee, they replaced the socks super easily, efficiently and for free. Excellent, and I can only recommend them!

I purchased six pair of women's no show socks around October 2022. It's now April 2023 and only one pair has not developed a hole - probably because I do not wear that pair. So disappointed in Bombas. I bought several pairs years ago and they were great - comfortable and long-lasting. I raved to friends and family, even gave as gifts. I will make use of their replacement policy but I will be looking elsewhere when it is time to purchase new socks.

I received a pair of Bombas slippers for Christmas. They look very nice, but had holes in the soles after only a few months of wear. They also feel thin - more like a thick pair of socks than slippers. Given how expensive Bombas products are, I had higher expectations. I would not recommend the brand.

I truly love Bombas, the company and the product. My whole family will always gift bombas to each other for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. which we all love so much. I’m definitely more likely to spend a little extra money on something that goes to a good cause and lasts longer and this is, without a doubt, one of those products. I’ve never had any rips or tears with my bombas and I wear them for every activity imaginable. I honestly won’t even buy cheap, quick underwear or socks anymore because it’s just so much more worth it to buy from here!

Bought several Merino wool socks, wore them lightly over the winter, They all developed holes over a, 3 month period. Bombas was very responsible and honored their warranty and replaced them. Now several months late, holes again. Obviously a problem with the fabric and their quality control. So the decision is to move on from Bombas.

I inquired about their mens socks. After conversations with the Bombas team, I ordered a pair. They shipped today. Without even putting on the first sock, I can tell you hands down how incredibly amazing this company is. Every single part of my experiences with them has been Grade A Excellent. Thank you Bombas. You've renewed my faith in your kindness and generosity

I've owned about 10 pairs now through purchasing and replacements and have had holes in 6 of them within two months. My sister-in-law owns a pair from 5 years ago and you can feel how much better they are - and again, still great after 5 years. Seems like they've reduced their quality in favor of higher margins. Such a bummer. Will be buying socks from Darn Tough instead.

I had an issue with some compression socks. Not sure what the problem was because I have other Bombas and generally love them! Either way, Ali (customer service) totally took care of me. They held true to their Happiness Guarantee!

I've bought Bombas for their cute designs and to support their philanthropic mission. Recently I bought some for my mother that didn't work out and they were so great about the return, crediting me quickly and actually letting me gift/donate them. I've worked in fashion for decades & truly appreciate great product and customer service. Bravo Bombas!
